APRIL 8 MAIN EVENT TICKETING

What is the refund policy at the April 8 Main Event?

Concourse Project, who is handling all ticket sales, states as follows:

"All sales are final. No refunds at any point. Upon purchase of this ticket, you agree to these terms. A bank dispute or credit card chargeback against this purchase is not compliant with said policy and will result in an automatic ban from all future event purchases with The Concourse Project."

What if I can’t find my ticket in my email?

"Please email info@concourseproject.com and we can look up and resend your ticket to you."

Given that the Main Event is SOLD OUT, can I still buy tickets at the door?

Please follow our Twitter account, as we intend to release a small batch of additional tickets for sale on 4/8. These will be available online only through our website.

Is this event family friendly?

This is an all ages event. Be aware alcohol will be sold on-site.

All humans age 3 and up will require a ticket.

Does one ticket cover an entire vehicle?

No. Each human needs a ticket.

Can I transfer my tickets?

"As a default, customers are allowed to transfer their tickets in the See Tickets ticketing system. Log in to your See Tickets account at seetickets.us. See help article here

Keep in mind that this is a Friends and Family transfer system. Please only do transfers with people you know and trust as we are not responsible for issues that arise between ticket transfers.  Please contact See Tickets support with any further questions."

Why are all profits being donated to the Mobile Loaves & Fishes Community First! Village?

Glad you asked! It's one of the most effective programs we know of that provides real solutions for Austin's homelessness crisis. Please take some time to visit their website and learn more.

APRIL 8 SAFETY, PARKING, & ON-SITE REGULATIONS

Will the Main Event be held at an indoor or outdoor venue?

Concourse Project is primarily in an indoor venue and most of the panel discussions will be held indoors. However, there are a few outdoor areas at the premises that will host food trucks and exhibitors.

What are the COVID-19 Event Guidelines?

Concourse Project states as follow:

"At this time we are not requiring proof of vaccination or negative test results. The safety of our patrons is of the utmost importance to us, and we highly encourage everyone to get vaccinated, wear a mask, and stay home if you feel ill or have potentially been exposed."

Additionally, anyone who has pre-existing conditions that would place them at extra risk should utilize their own best judgment.

What's up with parking? Should I drive my Tesla?

Yes, drive your Tesla! We are attempting to set a world record for most Tesla vehicles gathered in one place, and we aim to exceed 1,000. Free parking will be available for all Teslas.
If you are not driving a Tesla we strongly encourage you to carpool with another Tesla driver or use rideshare.
Parking for non-Tesla vehicles will be available first come, first serve, in a separate area. Please do not park your non-Tesla next to Teslas, to ensure we preserve continuity of the world record attempt and related videography.

Can I bring my own water?

"We do not allow outside water or water bottles, but have free water available at jugs inside the venue."

TESLA⚡️CON TEXAS GENERAL

Are attendees of Tesla⚡️Con Texas guaranteed to receive an invitation to Tesla's Giga Texas Cyber Rodeo event?

No. Tesla decides who attends that event. Tesla's event is separate from ours.

How many people have RSVP-ed?

We've received more than 2,000 individual sign-ups so far.

Including the the total number of +1 guests, our RSVP list now exceeds 4,700 people.
Space is limited for our Main Event, so please act now before it sells out.

Will Tesla⚡️Con Texas be awesome?

We sure hope so! Please keep in mind that this is the first time our club has organized an event of this magnitude. Please bring a positive mindset, be patient if circumstances call for it, and if you are able and willing, look for ways you can volunteer and contribute. This event is being organized and run by fans, just like you, and all of us have other work commitments. None of us are being compensated to create this event. Your help will be appreciated and welcome.

Who can I contact if I want to get involved?
Email TeslaConTexas+volunteer@gmail.com and let us know how you want to help and/or what you want to contribute.

Who can I contact if I want to exhibit/sell Tesla-related gear, or items/services that are aligned with the mission to accelerate the world's transition to Sustainable energy?

Email TeslaConTexas+vendor@gmail.com and let us know what you want to exhibit and please specify how your goods or services are aligned with Tesla's mission. We are also open to charities with a worthy mission.

Will there be sufficient Tesla charging in Austin?
Yes, in our opinion. Tesla has recently opened over 100 Tesla Supercharger stalls in the greater Austin area. Add in many destination chargers, and other public charging network options, and we see sufficient capacity. If we end up with a few lines for charging, look at it as an opportunity to socialize with your fellow Tesla drivers.

To be extra safe, we suggest you charge to 80%+ at the final Supercharger on your journey before you arrive in Austin.

Will Tesla⚡️Con Texas be a regular event in the future?

At this time, we are only planning this one event. If it's successful, we hope it will generate momentum for future Tesla⚡️Con events, and we hope Tesla would agree to this happening. Although Tesla is not sponsoring this event, Tesla has sole discretion on whether or not the name Tesla⚡️Con may be used again in the future.

Does Tesla⚡️Con Texas have any connection to any past event that was named TeslaCon?

No.
